Carousel of Progress Childminding
Hello! I am Carousel of Progress Childminding Services based on the edge of Caerleon and St Julians. I am a local, friendly and experienced childminding service offering care for ages 0 – 12 years.
We are open Monday – Friday 7:30 – 5:30pm term time and holiday time!
I understand how difficult and demanding shift work can be, and where I am able to, hours could be negotiated with a discussion.
I am an experienced primary school teacher with 10 + years of teaching behind me and a vast experience of working with children of all ages including those with Additional Learning Needs such as ADHD, ASD, PDA, Global Delay and much more so if your little one has an ALN please don’t hesitate to contact us. I am an inclusive setting where everyone is welcome. I taylor our sessions to suit all the children’s individual needs.
Here at Carousel I am always developing my own knowledge and understand completing training for my own professional development that will allow me to give your little prides of joy the very best experience and care they could possibly receive, ensuring they all feel welcome, safe and have a fun filled during their time with me! I am currently studying for my Masters in Education with a focus on Innovation in Learning and Teaching! I would love to share more with you about this if you were interested.
My aim is for your child/children to feel like they are in a home away from home whilst having fun and learning at the same time!
Communication is very important to me and to you as parents/carers so I have a safe and easy to use online system to allow us to stay in communication and be able to share pictures of your little ones throughout the day.
We also offer a wrap around service, breakfast club and afterschool club for Charles Williams Primary School, Caerleon.
